Directions:

  • Peel the citrus and slice into rounds.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients together. Serve at room temperature.


Ingredients:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2  blood oranges
  • 2 navel oranges
  • ¼ cupblack olives, pitted
  • 1 cup watercress, washed and torn
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground pepper
