Created for the Mortar and Pestle
- Halve and pit the avocadoes, scoop the flesh into the mortar. Mash the avocadoes with the pestle.
- Add the onion, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt and cilantro, fold to combine.
- 3 ripe avocadoes
- ½ medium onion, finely chopped
- ½ tsp (2.5ml) garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) lime juice, or to taste
- ½ tsp (2.5ml) ground cumin
- 1 tsp (5ml) salt
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) cilantro, chopped
