Stoneware Products Limited 5-year Warranty – Le Creuset Canada Inc.
The warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal domestic conditions in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product. Defective cookware will be replaced free of charge or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the original product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same colour cannot be guaranteed.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use. Scratches, stains, discolouration, corrosion or damage from overheating to the interior or exterior of the pan. Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty.
The warranty begins on the date of purchase by the original owner, whether a self-purchase or received as a gift.
This 5-Year Limited Warranty does not extend any implied warranty provided by any provincial or territorial law to a consumer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province and or territory. (Some provinces and or territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you).

To make a claim under this 5-Year Limited Warranty, you must contact our consumer service department by phone or email.
Please include the following information:
- Your name, delivery address, phone number
- The approximate age of the cookware
- Where the cookware was purchased
- How and when the damage began
- Pertinent use and care details
- Photos of damaged cookware
Certain exceptions may apply and Le Creuset Canada reserves the right to request damaged product to be returned at the consumer’s costs. This is on a case by case basis.
