Order before the following dates to receive your order before December 24:
- Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan : Order by December 9th, 2025
- Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador: Order by December 17th, 2025
Please note that these deadlines were determined in an effort to ensure you receive packages before the Holidays. Unfortunately due to weather-related challenges as well as carrier delays we cannot guarantee these dates.
Also note that areas deemed remote by our carriers may be subject to additional time and charges.
Holiday Returns
All purchases made at LeCreuset.ca or in a Le Creuset boutique from November 1, 2025 until December 24, 2025 will be eligible for our extended exchange policy until January 31, 2026. Please note this policy only applies to exchanges with original receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging (including any stickers or labels).

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, we are unable to accommodate order modifications or cancellations between December 1st and December 24th. Additionally, please note that we cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses during this time.
