Online Gift Card General Information

Online Gift Cards can be ordered in any amount between $5 and $1,000. They are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an online gift card will receive an email with a gift card code redeemable only at LeCreuset.ca and at Le Creuset Boutiques in Canada

To redeem a gift card, provide the card’s number code on the billing page of the checkout process. To check the balance of your online gift card, enter the number (without spaces) below:

Terms Of Use

You cannot purchase an online gift card using another gift card
If the available balance of your online gift cards does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid payment method
If the available balance of your gift cards is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be available for your next purchase using the same gift card code
Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be reproduced and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law)
We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards
Sales tax will not be charged when purchasing a gift card as it will be charged when the card is used
