Online Return/Exchange Policy

LeCreuset.ca is pleased to provide you with a wide range of cookware and accessories. We believe the quality and craftsmanship in each item will provide years of satisfaction. However, we offer free returns online for purchases within 45 days.*

*This may exclude shipping to areas deemed remote by Canada Post. Our Customer Service team will inform you of the price to ship back your item when they process your request.

To process a return, please visit a Le Creuset Signature Boutique or fill out this form. Our customer service team will process your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number as well as all other information concerning the return.

The following policies apply to all returns:

  • Online purchases may be returned at one of our Signature Boutiques in Canada or by clicking on this form.
  • The original order number, receipt or confirmation email is required for all returns or exchanges.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging (including any stickers or labels).
  • Returns will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
  • Refunds will only be processed upon the successful return and review of product to our facility.
  • Customers must keep the receipt/proof of shipment they receive at Canada Post (or other carrier) upon dropping off their return until the refund/exchange is complete.
  • If items being returned were purchased during a gift-with-purchase promotion, those additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.
  • Adjustments will not be made for price reductions on previously purchased merchandise.
  • Le Creuset gift cards are final sale. Le Creuset is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged gift cards or unauthorized use. Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used in Canada.
  • Le Creuset does not accept returns or exchanges of products purchased through other vendors.
  • Le Creuset reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
  • Please note that boutique staff and customer service due that the right to refuse any purchase, exchange or return that they deem to be for fraudulent or resell purposes.

Please allow 10 - 14 days for the return to be processed following receipt of your return.

Le Creuset products are crafted to meet a high standard of quality. If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty for the specific item. The warranty for each item is included in the item's box and can also be found here. Le Creuset reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.


Shipping Policies
  • LeCreuset.ca ships to addresses located with Canada’s provinces and territories
  • Merchandise will only be sent to valid street addresses; unfortunately there is no delivery to P.O. Boxes.
  • Delivery to certain remote locations may be subject to additional fees (see details below).
  • Shipment to multiple locations from a single order is currently not available.
  • Multiple items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Your shipment confirmation email will have tracking numbers for each shipment related to an order.
  • Your delivery charge will be based on the total merchandise per order.
Order Processing Time

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within three business days of the order's approval. Note that processing times are not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume and fulfillment center capabilities. Please refer to your shipment confirmation e-mail for delivery details. The LeCreuset.ca fulfillment center does not process orders on national holidays such as Christmas Day.

All orders are subject to credit approval before they can be fulfilled.

Delivery Methods and Time

All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by LeCreuset.ca.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

LeCreuset.ca will send you an e-mail after your order has been approved, acknowledging your order and will provide you with an anticipated shipping date. A follow-up e-mail will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfillment center. That e-mail will contain a tracking number.

Damage or Loss During Shipping

LeCreuset.ca is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during transit. Please use the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email and contact the shipping carrier regarding any problems with your shipment.

Standard Shipping and Handling Charges
  • Track your order through the carrier website using the tracking number or link provided in your shipment's confirmation e-mail.
  • Expect delivery within 7 business days
  • Shipping charges are calculated for each ship-to-address. Please refer to the shipping and handling chart below for charges per shipping address.
  • Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

Based on size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge. You will be informed of any shipping surcharges before you complete your order.
